Lenovo Idea Pad Yoga 2 Pro takes on the ATIV Q with 3200x1800 pixels, keeps it bendy

Idea Pad Yoga 2 Pro weighs just 3 pounds, and is only 15mm thick, making it ideal for lugging around the full power of Windows 8 in a shapeshifting format. We get a backlit keybaord this time, which is a very welcome upgrade, and the internals don't disappoint, either - your choice of several frugal 4th-gen Intel Haswell chipsets, 8 GB of RAM, and up to 512 GB SSD. There is also Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, one USB 3.0 and one 2.0 ports...

Its a fantastic laptop and best convertible design till now in my opinion.

They improved it in every possible way. Its lighter, slimmer, super hi res screen, haswell (hence longer battery life).

Hopefully they will upgrade the 11 inch version also. FULL HD should be enough on 11 inch.

Are you sure that battery life is 6 hours?
Every tech blog said its upto 9 hours.

Fixed, thanks, six hours is for the Thinkpad edition, though these are usually overly optimistic :)

It isn't the best design, I mean it's good but look for Sony's convertible. It's first time that their product has attracted me.

i could be wrong but i thought active q was a windows/android dual-boot convertible...if so, the comparison in this article is only for the screen resolution (seems to be the case, tho0) ?
