LG eXpo video shows projector in use
As we previously reported, AT&T is expected to launch the LG eXpo today. The handset is full of features and uses Qualcomm's 1GHz Snapdragon processor to make the device zippy. Also available is a $179 optional pico projector and as we see in this video, it is a handy tool for work or play. LG's S-Class UI is on board to help take Windows Mobile 6.5 away from your experience with the phone. The unit is available from AT&T for $199.99 after a $100 rebate and a 2 year contract on a minimum $69.99 monthly plan. Planning on running out later to pick one up?

The idea is unfortunately about 5 years old, but i was very suprised at how good the projector works. Still not going to buy one, as if anything, i'd rather hook up my 30gb phone memory via HD cable to an HD TV (hypothetical). But yeah, nice try. Waste of time developing that piece of kit however.

Anybody else have trouble getting thru this video? ..."The L-zghe Ex-schpo pro-schector phone..." For some reason lisps are funny to me. I know I need to grow up, but until then... Tehe!

The idea of a handheld projector interests me. I'm looking forward to watching the technology progress.

I'm not so sure anyone is running out to pick one up. Fingerprint scanner to get into your phone on a device built by LG... I'm afraid this one may cause a great deal of heartache for those that actually buy it.
