LG Revolution 2 could be coming to Verizon as the LG Spectrum

0. phoneArena posted on 02 Nov 2011, 01:08

The LG Spectrum has appeared on Verizon's computer system and while there is no smoking gun linking it to the LG Revolution 2, the latter has seemed to disappear out of sight which does raise the idea that perhaps the LG Spectrum is the sequel to LG's first LTE model for Verizon...

I saw this phone several months back, an lg rep brought this bad boy in when I was a manager at a Verizon store. Its pretty sick I gotta say. super thin and amazing screen! But it is still an LG

One of my friends owns a Revolution and it's while hardly top end it sure isn't the turkey that most people label it as. It runs decent for what she does and has had a couple of updates with Gingerbread on deck. At some point, LG needs to get people excited for something other than their 2nd tier Optimus series if it wants to compete with it's countrymen in Samsung. Maybe this is it?

if this is the LG optimus LTE ill be craigslisting my g2x sooner than planned. the optimus LTE has a 4.5" 1280*720 IPS LCD, 329ppi, dualcore 1.5GHz, and LTE. i dont care what anyone says about updates, thats what the developer community is for. LG has beautiful screens.

I don't care what some people say, since I switched from Nokia to LG a few years ago, I've had five different LG handsets, two being smartphones, and all have been fantastic.

More people than not are experiencing "operator error", and that's their own faults.

Plus, I'd rather have a company perfect an update instead of rushing it to a device, and having the newest OS on day of release isn't a make-it-or-break-it thing for me.

Latest rumor, this might debut......New Years Eve time or last week of the year.

LG might debut 2 other phones too, most likely just entry level phones.

One of them is slide out qwerty version of the Revolution.
