Kyocera unveils W41K woofer phone

Kyocera has introduced a new clamshell phone W41K that comes along with a woofer for the Japanese market. The woofer, which provides users with a complete music system, is actually built in the charger, not in the device itself as the woofer consumes a lot of power. At first glance the clamshell-designed device seems not to have an external display, but a closer look reveals that it has an organic EL display almost invisible beneath the mirror polish. The main features of the Kyocera W41K are:

  • 2.4-inch 262k color main display
  • 3.2 mega pixels camera with flash and anti-shake support
  • 45MB internal memory
  • miniSD memory expansion slot
  • GPS receiver
  • EZ FM
  • Hello Messenger

There's no information on the price or the availability, but it is known that the Kyocera W41K will come in black, silver and red color.
