Jet Black color option finally available for 32GB iPhone 7 and 7 Plus

Apple is finally offering 32GB versions of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus in the stylish jet black finish. This slight revision is one of the several changes introduced to the Apple Store following last night's iPhone announcement event.

Previously, the color variant was only available to the 128GB and 256GB versions of the 2016 flagships. Customers had to pay a price premium for the shade due to it being difficult to manufacture.

Although undeniably attractive, the glossy, reflective finish does have some drawbacks. It's practically a magnet for fingerprints and smudges and it is prone to accumulate micro scratches from normal usage. Still, jet black iPhones are way less slippery than their regular ebony counterparts. Users can now purchase a jet black iPhone 7 for as low as $549.

That's a great catch and that makes more sense actually. Sadly, they also stopped selling the Product Red iPhones too.

When did $550 become a low price? For me I top out at like £300 if I'm buying outright, I wouldn't spend more than £30 a month for a contract.
