Is the Galaxy S8 a better buy than the iPhone X? Here are some reasons it might be...

So, the iPhone X is about to hit the store shelves in just a couple of weeks, and there's also this other bezel-less kid on the block — you might have heard of it — the Samsung Galaxy S8. Which one should you buy? Do you splurge the $999 required to get the latest and greatest from Apple, or is the Galaxy S8, which can be found for about $625 on Amazon right now, good enough?

Haha. I can say, when Sammy first introduced it, some phones they brought it too, the display was to small and the resolution was to low for it to matter. But at 1440p+ its more useful and elegant. iPhone's are too small for this feature per see. But the plus model and the iPad certainly should have it. The reason it doesn't? Apple doesn't want to pay to license and it would be obvious theft if they tried to implement it any other way. I mean look how bad their one-handed mode is versus what the Galaxy offers.

It bothers me a lot that you stretch the image of iPhone X to make look almost at tall as Galaxy S8 regard to display size.

The Galaxy S8 + is the best phone at the moment, and this funny X is a complete parody of what we want it to be.

Never tried the Galaxy s8+ but for some reason my S8 is giving me tons of hell. I'm having a terrible experience with it as far as apps hanging up. Massive stuttering, and bad wifi connection doesn't help. I'm coming from miui where this was a rare occurrence. The phone asks me every week to power it down and restart to keep it in optimal performance. What the heck is that all about. Idk

The verge offers a full timeline of the lawsuit. Outside the USA, Apple lost its suit vs Samsung. Only in the US was Apple found to win, on a poorly instructed jury and a biased under the table paid Judge.

Wonder if there is a coincidence this article was written after a Consumer Reports article stated the Galaxy S8's and S7's were better buys than the current iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus.
