Image of older Samsung Galaxy S6 prototypes leak; back matches picture of Galaxy S6 cases

0. phoneArena posted on 28 Jan 2015, 23:45

One of our loyal PhoneArena readers has sent us a very interesting image that he claims shows older prototypes of the Samsung Galaxy S6. While we do recommend heading to the spice rack and grabbing a grain of salt to take the image with, there are some reasons to believe that this is the real McCoy. The position of the back camera and the flash/heart rate sensor matches up perfectly with the image of a case for Sammy's new flagship...

Right, it does look good. That name position on back and camera flash assembly looks good. But let's see the final product, how it could be!

Not at all. Its slightly better then GS5 but not at all good. I sincerely hope GS6 looks are inspired from Alpha.

Right- the exynos 5430 galaxy alpha g850f is and was my favorite phone ever, I traded it for a Verizon like new note 4. Sold it. I like note 4 but there's just something special about the alpha

Yeah it looks good. Just the way I wanted unlike fancy good looking devices but useless.

I like the flat design. I wish they'd get rid of the camera hump for good, but doubt that's going to happen. Would be nice if the ring outlining the camera and the flash was a bit thinner too.

I prefer an awesome camera over a flush design with no hump.

Yeah, assuming they'll still improve the quality of the camera lol, but either way is fine with me really. I'm quite used to camera humps.

Nice and all but the flash should been on the left like the Alpha.

I already saw this design leak before claimed to be s4 or s5,,
and this is still not a design from scratch, not worthy to be called project zero --
anyway I am really really excited abt the touchwiz on s6,
i love the design of my note4 but if lollpop and new touchwiz will be damn good, then it's a party :D :D

If it is the prototype , So the original mode should be a little bit better that The GS5 . But I hope they follow the design which used in Galaxy Alpha , It reminds me to the Galaxy S2 , It was great

looks pretty much the same as the S5. only they got rid of the dimples on the back and looks slimmer but thats not the complete redesign talked about a few months ago

Looks like a dummy toy. Samsung never understood how to focus attention on details.
Small details can increase the value for several times. Camera department with that crazu frame looks awful, home button as well. Take home button from Galaxy S1, camera instalation from HTC or Xiamomi, tweak it and we are lucky, at least with this. make it minimalistic and premium.

I wish samsung would take the beading off the front of their phones and just have it on the back

We have to wait n see, but this prototype isn't bad it kinda looks elegant n clean, i guess they could introduce front speakers n loose the button by a double tap to wake.

It's FAKE. Sammobile confirmed that. But positioning of camera, lens and hr-sensor are right.
