No acually you just don't know what your talking about. The iPhone's field of view and it's aspect ratio is the closest to a "portrait photo", the rest are just regular photos with applied blur filter in the background, 2nd camera in the iphone is 36mm focal length. Plus the dynamic range on the P9 is pretty poor compared to the pixel and iPhone. Not sure how you can't see that, cant tell if your trolling?

Haha dude iPhone is garbage, only thing good on an iPhone is security and timley updates, Huawei P9 has a better camera OVERALL, and has the best B&W pictures, all thanks to its second monochrome camera, do your research more please.

"Haha dude iPhone is garbage, only 3 points behind the top leading camera in DxOmark" so garbage. And nope, it is well known on the web the P9 camera is actually still not as good as the iPhone 7 camera and others. Video is esepcially no where near as good still as the top flagships. The 7 plus and 7 take better video then the S7 and others (Marques brownlee, matthew moniz from Youtube, and others also agree on this) Iphone also has the fastest SoC in a smartphone still at this time, etc. Just because your a biased fanboy who isnt a general technology lover doesnt mean the iPhone is garbage because you say so and hate Apple. It dont work like that sunny, talk about doing research LOL P9 clearly lost here too yet you keep denying... Please stop being a alternative fact lover

The fanboy is yourself, for being an apple lover, your facts are wrong, you're literally saying iPhone 7 is the perfect phone. xD far from that. It does not have a better camera then the S7 or Huawei P9 so shut the front door.

Still waiting on PA To test these cameras in 4K with zoom, the 7 Plus beats any other smartphone in 4K recording, esepcially in good lighting with the telephoto lens gives unmatched zoomed in detail at 4K

Something I've noticed, if your doing a comparison shootout, for more accuracy shouldn't all pictures be taken within the same frame. meaning if the i7p has a 2x zoom and the others don't, your not making this a complete accurate comparison. Also, whoever took these picture's obviously aren't familiar with all three phones. I've seen what these 3 phones can do. Definitely pocketnow.com has some of the best and well explained camera comparison/reviews anyone can do. I recommend checking out there YouTube videos.

Am i the only curious why iPhone comparing huawei's last. Year flagship with ip7+ even mate 9 is already in the market i simply don't understand why they chose a compact alike p9 compared to phablet ip7+ while mate 9 is also available.

You have no idea about lens distortions and perspective. First of all, the perspective DOES NOT change with the focal length - it ONLY changes when you change the distance to your model. If you keep the same distance you have the same perspective. Always. The effect you see here is just wider framing caused by the field of view of wide angle lenses of the P9 and the Pixel. So yes, a different frame, but not a different perspective. Scene #4 is where you tried (at least in case of P9) keep the same subject size so, because of the FL difference, you had to get closer to your model and that's why you have different perspective and "unnaturally elongated leg". It has nothing to do with a "pincushion distortion" - the lens distortion does not change with the distance and the P9 lenses have quite pronounced BARREL distortion, BTW...

If you are going to compare portrait mode, at least have the decency to frame the shots the same. This isn't a legitimate comparison at all.

This are no portraits, you need to be close to the subject so the blurred background have sense.

Portrait/bokeh mode is for close up objects....frame them all the same instead of being bias for the iPhone

Huawei has the best camera in this senerio, and also Google pixel is better in the camera department too, this woman just doesn't know how to take photos.
