Hisense Sero 7 Pro (available at Wal*Mart in the USA). The specs are basically the same as the 2012 Nexus 7 (slightly better, actually), but adds microSD (up to 32GB), mini HDMI out, and rear-facing camera. Only $129.

My only real beef is devices that haven't launched yet (FonePad & HP Slate) shouldn't be on this list. You don't have a FINAL product for comparison. It wouldn't hurt to have one (1) Windows device for the sake of variety.
