That's why I love android. You can make your phone into something thats yours. Not just conform to standards set by "some companies" which they think is best for you. On android, you choose whats best for you :P

Nicely put. This is why Android is the spiritual successor to the personal computer and why so many people love Android. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Apple and Microsoft only offer dead end closed platforms. The only choice a customer has with these two companies is what flavor of fascism they prefer more.

lol O...K... Android has had that ability for years, but I guess that's the beauty of Android... If I want to make my phone look like an iOS iToy I can, if I want it to look like WP i can do that also, & If I want it to be ORIGINAL one of a kind, I can root. So YES that is the BEAUTY of Android. +1

Well I can't... I am stuck with a 4.1.2 Sony Xperia that does not allow me to add more toggles... So I installed this excellent app and made it look almost exactly as the original Xperia Toggles on top... removed duplicates, removed music control, and made it open only half-way of the screen... AND the best is that it can be set to access from the lock screen (something I can't with stock notification bar if I have a security like pattern enabled)... Also to prevent accidental swipes, I made the swipe area much narrower and to the left..... I absolutely LOVE this application. MILES ahead of Apple's Control Center

I use Easy Control, but I believe that was taken down from the play store, which is a shame.

Idk if I'm the only one, but I never really liked control center. It felt like Apple needed to make shortcut toggles and they just slapped everything under control center. It doesn't look clean, but hey, it's functional! Regardless, nice to see Android getting choices. Like people say, "The beauty of Android"

iOS doesnt have on screen buttons so probably they'll slap it on the button. Yep its functional but not customizable. Its like "better to have that than nothing". I hope they'll improve the control center.

Lol, a much better* version was released the day iOS7 was announced. *By better I mean more iOS like and simpler in terms of features.

I hope the home button toggles to have several selections like the ones on the lock screen.

I use control centre, it looks better than this, and is of very small size, and setting it up is very simple and easy.....
