Motorola Inc. said it will sell phones with 3D capabilities by the middle of next year.
Samsung Electronics will use 3D technology on several Linux-based devices.
The two companies have licensing agreement with Superscape Group for the Swerve i3D Graphics Client.
The client is JSR 184 compliant, which is important for the seamless integration and distribution of 3D content to the global carrier marketplace.
The technology allows players to enter a full 3D world. Using the technology, gamers can judge distances and move around stationary objects.
