Exactly. Hell, I like iPhones, and own one...just want them to do more for the price, and power they pack.

Apple has not done anything yet, except from an apology through there lawyers. The customer needs something in return, not a charge to the customer.

You like apple and that is fine, your money. But you have to admit what they did was wrong.

So am I...I see no reason to stop using Apple products. Apple and Samsung are my go to OEM’s, and will remain that way for the foreseeable future. I love both of my devices.

I'll be happy if they reduce the price of iPhone X to compensate their mistake.

They should reduce the prices of all iPhones released before 2017. It was very un-customer friendly not telling about this issue. I think Apple should be charged for some less expensive (few billion dollars) lawsuits so it knows it can lose money if it messes up again in the future. I understand that it’s better to have a slow iPhone than one which shuts down randomly. But users should know about it. Would help them gain customer satisfaction.

No. Thousands of people went out and bought new phones when they believed their phones were defective. There is a reason Apple is facing a trillion dollar lawsuit.

Cnour and Piyath with their tens of fake accounts are going ham on clicking that yes button. Edit: I forgot to mention Julius aka Techie, as he will be doing the opposite with all of his accounts.

You forgot to mention Kiko the racist.

I disagree with Kiko on almost everything, but he is anything except for a racist. I seen him defend every race and every religion when someone is being rude or racist, he never ever attacks someone on a personal level. And I will never forget him being the 1st to attack that pedophile who mentioned my daughter on this site. I'm not sure where you got this from, but rest assured, Kiko isn't that.

Good on him for that.

Totally agree on that. He can have a bit of a temper (especially towards dumbasses) but that's about it. Not a racist at all.

He is a decent man and I have never seen him attack anyone on a personal level, unless he's replying back at someone who insulted him. I always tell him to his face, he does lose it sometimes when someone criticizes Apple, but I have seen him also call out Apple on numerous of issues.

No. The only thing Apple did was damage control and PR. Your options are too forgiving. We all remember the note 7 saga and words used in those articles, although it was a more serious issue

It wasn't more serious. But if it makes you happy, go with it. Apple products have killed people due to their defects. Zero people were killed with a Note 7.

Yes, if was more serious - it was a safety issue. Slowing down a phone isn't. True, Samsung's actions were more honorable, but the issue was much worse.
