Sweet. I love my EVO 4G. If there were a quad-core version of this there would be no question in me getting this over the international ONE X that I ended up getting more for the longevity of having a quad-core than anything. Still really nice phone with an ambitious design. I would like to own one.

HTC makes great phones, and this is another perfect example. Its hard to choose which is the best phone, especially nowadays, but I think the combination of top-end specs, along with HTC's customer service and Sense 4 (which I've been using for a week and is GORGEOUS! It may be better than straight up ICS which I used for over a month prior). If only I didn't have another awesome HTC Evo (3D) with a Sense 4 ROM (Thanks Newtoroot!!!) I'd snatch this up fast

Without a removable battery, I'd have to see some significant (really significant) improvement in battery life over that of the Evo 4G or 3D before I'd consider buying this phone.

I'm happy that a new EVO is coming, for a while I thought it was going to be almost impossible to replace my og EVO, yea its outdated, but it still gets the job done, say what you want but HTC builds very durable phones, I work in a coke plant in a steel mill and I take my phone to work with me everyday, I've dropped it a dozen times and its still looks almost brand new, the only things are some paint chips around the headphones jack and charging port, and I've never once had any issue with fcs or lagging, even when I do grab the new EVO, I'm keeping this phone, no trade in, its getting rooted and over clocked, and I'm gonna have me one bad ass music/ game player.

I'm going to be all over this phone! I just hope to god they do sell aftermarket backing pieces for it. That smudgy, plastic-y bit would drive me nuts.
