@jobes. What's up with me? I'm right :) I have slowed down. But you guys apparently have not. I've been inactive every once in a while. I have other things to do obviously :) But of course you do not see that because you feel that only android fanboys are entitled to flood these threads, right? And of course it does not make sense for me to say that Apple is a major supporter of html5 because that would just prove Apple right, and it would make android look like a mere follower, not a leader or an innovator :)

You have been full stream ahead today so must not be anything better to do. I'm not trying to be an ass I've calmed down quite a bit but as of late your making taco look like a nice guy. If you want decent conversation them don't come across as such a zealous ifan. Both me remix and a good bit of the Android users have toned it down to make PA a less hostile place so why can't you keep the way you put things in a civil? Like drop the name calling and smartass happy faces lol it doesn't make you look any older if do them time to time but every part of yours includes one like you're proud of yourself. Windows phone users and iPhone and Android users alike use the forum. Being how you are now you will just end up like taco. And I've posted on my breaks.. Plenty going on lol. You make it seem like noone on here has a life and you do. Just try to be a little less self righteous and condescending ya?

@remix. Html5 is the standard. Just because it is not as widespread as flash, it does not mean it's not the true standard platform. Oh so now, Apple had nothing to do with html5? Lol. See. I bet google and android has everything to do with html5 right? Lol. Shameless :) You are a troll, because you just are :)

HTML5 doesnt even have a standard yet, gemini.. its still in beta phase. you really need to do some research before you spend a whole day spouting off fanboy this and that and making wild claims. not everything in the world is about google or apple.. HTML5 definately isnt. iphones can barely run html5 as it is anyways.. so i dont know why you are so excited. so, you have changed the definition of the word to suite yourself. got it.

sir, every of your comments contain the same : - hate google for android that have flash - think android fans just wrong no matter what they say - praise apple to not accept flash - say html5 is standard - say html5 is better than flash which make you troll it is obvious that html5 is enhancement of html base we use for build web page, which is make it standard, but only when it out of beta while flash just a mere plugin that play its own flash content we must be know that flash is used to stream multimedia content and play flash games that work just by embed the plugin but do you how html5 actually work? do you know how to use it? do you know any site that have used it? for god's sake html5 is still in beta sir the implementation is still hard to do not so many pepople would make good use of it at present if you want to brag about it, wait until its final in about.. 5 years from now

this looks absolutely amazing...I could be wrong but from what I read in this post it seems to me like apple helped this push happen because adobe was not gaining support from them. Html on any mobile device will absolutely change the game forever I thought we made much progress with mobile devices this officially makes a mobile device like a pc

I am waiting for android fanboys reply on your post saying that it was google and android users all along who have been pushing html5 and that Apple and iphone users never anticipated html5, lol. Now watch them shamelessly twist their words around like they always do :)

Dearest Troll, you wont see that happening because HTML5 is the obvious route to go. At one point, Flash was a great advantage to have when it came to web browsing it helped form the web experience that we associate with today. Now that there is a greater/superior way to do things, why would technology not take advantage of it. When Flash was still the top dog in the pack, it was nice to be able to view a web page without a bunch of question marked boxes. Sure the sale of the iphone/ipad have helped make a move to HTML5 because there is an outcry from their users that they cannot enjoy the web the same way they can on their desktop. Either way you look at it, you're getting to the same endpoint. HTML5 is the future.

@nb. So now you say that html5 is the obvious way to go. Then why didn't android aggressively promote it like Apple did, and used flash as its selling point instead? It's because android/google is nothing more than a hitchhiker. A vulture. A scavenger. Just waiting for someone else's efforts to pay off and then jump on it. Apple could've integrated flash into their idevices you know. But how will that help push the web industry to adopt html5? It won't. So Apple does the hardwork, and android just rides on it as soon as Apple's efforts and sacrifices pay off. And guess what google and android fanboys will say once html5 becomes more dominant? Well, you're already doing it ;)

Ok honestly im a ios fan but 530gemini u need to shut up!!!!! Honestly you\'re making no sense and you\'re making a fool of yourself. I understand that you like apple but right now you\\\'re showing a complete hate of android which I can\'t stand. Honestly at the time flash was a great benifit to have because it was a standard but due to apple\\\'s attention to detail flash didnt make the cut on the iphone but android took it up and they\\\'ve been enjoying desktop level sites for at least a year now. I\\\'ve never notced because most of these flash sites have made apps which are just a capanle as the website. Anyways android users, I\'m sorry this noob was trolling on phone arena forums. He truely is an embarrasment to iphone fans.

All good bro its good to see people like you. I strongly dislike Apple but I have my reasons and I don't go on flaming every single post and therein lies the difference. Thumbs up to you sir lol.

Lol thank you i can understand you hating apple. I mean in all honestly they are a greedy, arrogant, and overearning company but i love there products and IOS. People on phone arena need to learn that its ok to dislike anothe phone/OS/company and its ok to express that. It starts to become a problem when you swear by a brand and resort to personal insults like our good friend gemini up there lol

nb2, i liked that.. so imma use it.. Dearest troll (gemini), Android doesnt PUSH anything. Its not apple, it doesnt make demands. Its open source so EVERYONE can use it. HTML5 has been being worked on as the next standard since before the first iphone launched, so you really have NO idea about anything your talking about. Its still a BETA. Flash isnt a "standard", its the most widely used plug in on the internet. again, you have no idea about anything you talk about. The iphone wasnt powerful enough for flash, thats the real reason why it was never integrated. Steve jobs didnt want anything that wasnt silky smooth, and flash sure as heck wasnt smooth on an iphone. It didnt have the horsepower. Your precious HTML5 standard BARELY runs on an iphone4s. And for a company that is supposedly "pushing" for the next standard, they JUST gave HTML5 implementation with iOS5, where android has had it for a while. Good luck with that.

Amazing how jobs famously penned the the anti Flash essay in 2012. "and in April of 2012 Steve Jobs famously penned an essay condemning the use of Flash on mobile devices," Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated indeed!

Well, android fanboys will try to support against anything that Jobs supports. Html5 could have progressed even sooner if not for android and android fanboys.

You are blind. This for Android users was about being able to USE the current standard, which was FLASH. The outcry was that we didn't want to be forced to go without flash like iUsers. I, as an Android user ever thought OMG.. squash HTML5!! OMGZ! I wanted to be able to use flash when it's there.. and HTML5. I don't want Jobs telling me what I can and can't have on my phone.

so you rather have someone else tell you what to have on your phone be my guest... Jobs had a reason for not to have flash on the iphone... now we know .. he was right... you wont use flash on your phone...so he is kind of telling you..still

tacoh, the apple trolls are already doing their best to provoke a flame war on the issue. Why dont you concentrate on the person trying to ignite the fire, not the person responding to it.

Really? No Android fanny's are trying to stir anything up. Come on Remix, you know it goes both ways.
