HTC Marvel may have just cleared the FCC
Combing the FCC's database for newly-listed upcoming handsets can indeed be rewarding, and to back this claim up, we have a mysterious HTC smartphone that we just happened to come across. Listed only with its PG76240 model name, the device has support for T-Mobile's HSPA+ frequencies, which means that another HTC model might hit the carrier's shelves sometimes soon.

Which one would it be, however, is not that easy to say as the FCC filing is not very generous on technical details about the handset, but the HTC Marvel seems to be a suitable candidate. First of all, the HTC Marvel is nothing more than an HTC Wildfire S with support for T-Mobile's network, and both devices share some similarities in their model numbers – PG76240 and PG76100 respectively. Besides that, it was exactly two months ago when we heard a rumor saying that the budget-friendly smartphone is getting ready to join T-Moblie's lineup.

Of course, this is only our theory, which we have no further proof to back up at this time. Which upcoming HTC smartphone do you think may be getting ready for a T-Mobile launch? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below.
