HTC Desire 610 hands-on

0. phoneArena posted on 16 Jul 2014, 22:02

Right off the bat, we can’t help but to mention how it looks exactly like HTC’s current flagship phone in the HTC One M8, but it’s sporting an all-plastic construction instead. We know, the material isn’t as premium as the former, but heck, we have to say that it comes off swell here, as its polished plastic casing recreates the iconic looks of the One M8's look and feel...

Xiaomi is not a brand I'm familliar with, Oppo's Find 7a has terrible battery life, the T2 is too big, and I've had terrible experiences with ZTE in the past and will never trust them again...

I want the phone due to HTC Sense's universal high end feel and the front firing speakers, as well as that mad selfie shooter in the front.

Does the Xperia Z Ultra meet your need (size may be too big)? It has Snap800, 1080p, NFC and stuff. The Google Play Edition (LTE) can be bought for $350 through some retailer.

I saw an article about it on Android Police a few days ago. Not sure if it's still in stock though.

I want the HTC Desire 816 too. But no one even knows if it's coming to the US. It was said to go to places like India, Honk Kong, etc. But there has been no info of when or if it'll be coming here. But it was supposedly confirmed for Sprint by the FCC.

Its not available in India also. God knows what HTC is trying to do. Just announcing new devices but where are THOSE devices? HTC, dont cry out loud when you incur losses. Profit can be generated only when you SELL your devices... Where are those devices? Idiot HTC..

I have an Samsung Ativ S Neo coming from ebay that was a great price.. I was leaning towards this & going to return my Moto G LTE, I think I am wanting to go back to WP now again & hopefully will like the Samsung. I was thinking of wanting to try HTC again though. My thing with this is. Why the heck did they make it so much bigger then it needs to be! It's taller then the S5, which has a 5.1 inch screen!. Ahh it's always something w these devices right haha.
