That's about as overpriced as you can get. I thought htc wasn't doing low end any more? They should stick to that plan.

The ZTE Grand X 3 from last year had these specs, basically (including the quad-core 1.1GHz chipset, which is a dead giveaway that it's a Snapdragon 210 - most unfortunate), and cost only $80 at the time. 50% over is about where Samsung's prices are, but HTC is not Samsung. I can appreciate that HTC is attempting an entry-level handset, but frankly the chipset is a step backwards, and the price is far too high.
