Gygabyte launches g-Smart PDA Phone with TV

Gygabyte Communications unveiled g-Smart - the first PDA phone to feature TV. The new device, based on Windows Mobile 5.0, has a slide form factor. The main features of the tri-band GSM 900/1800/1900 are as follows:

  • 262k color TFT touchscreen display
  • Bluetooth
  • PAPAGO G10 navigation system
  • 2.1 megapixels camera with video capture
  • Wi-Fi  (WLAN 802.11b)
  • Intel PXA272, 416 MHz
  • ROM 64 MB, RAM 64 MB
  • Mini SD memory expansion card slot
  • MP3 Player
  • FM Radio
  • Voice commands and dialing


Gygabyte g-Smart PDA Phone is currently targeted at the Taiwanese  market only.
