my buddies did this to me several years ago. they used glow sticks of red and blue and raised and lowered them behind the dash. Pulled me over and scared me to death. As i was grabbing my info, my buddy comes running up to the window. wtf? And about the rape. Have you actually seen a news clipping or anything about a case that that happened. I've heard about it, but i've also heard aliens abducted people. Girls in my high school swore that a cousin's friend's sister had that happen to them.

For those of you saying there has not been a rape on a situation like this google it. In Florida it happened I know because I am a Police officer and they sent emails to all of us to be on look out for impersonators in secluded areas. I think it was in Pensacola Florida. But it can be very serious and you can't bend punishments. The law had set standards for minimum and maximum sentences that cannot be changed.
