Google should also limit(not eliminate) Android L skins from OEMs.

I think allowing manufacturers to add some features to Android L but not changing the look of the UI would be fair...

GOOD. The last thing they need are manufacturers trying to muck around with the interface on smartwatches and Android Auto. For instance, I love Ford, but their Mytouch interface has been a perennial favorite for bashing because it's so awful, and singlehandedly lowers review scores for their cars. I would rather Google keep the design elements of the software under their control and leave the car and watch makers to do the hardware.

That was a pretty smart idea. I hate manufacturer skins. I am running Nova Launcher on my Galaxy S4.
