Sammy fans deserve this treatment for bashing and bad-mouthing others, we have nothing to say but to say 'serves them right'

If it can be fixed by going to color balance, it is not an issue. Nowadays people post everything on social media including the breakfast they eat.

"Nowadays people post everything on social media including the breakfast they eat." That's the sad reality. It's just as dumb as it gets.

Samsung said that it can, but I doubt the legitimacy of the claim. Messing with the color balance in the settings menu might also alter other aspects of the screen such as color accuracy and even brightness.

I actually find your comment to be disingenuous. Every sentence you made here could easily be applied the other way around.

Yes it is an issue. It should not be like that because this phone cost a lot of $$$.

anything to protect Samsung? lol Seriously you guys are pathetic. At the price point the screen should be perfectly calibrated no excuse accepted.

Can't make a Red product to compete with Apple, made the screen red. Lol JK, I hope they take this seriously cuz people are watching closely to the S8, they can't mess up again.

"There are speculations that the discoloration may stem from faulty chips in the device that caused a malfunction in the GPU, while others say that the new 18.5:9 aspect ratio of the Galaxy S8 smartphones has led to instability of the display's structure. " It's just LMAO. They're have nothing else to say

Is this really an issue to feel insecure about? Especially when it can be fixed in the display setting itself!

You know.....people have to make a fuss about everything. Including the view outside their toilet.

It's not that easy to calibrate the screen yourself. I would not be very happy if the screen on my €900 phone had a reddish tint...
