This is a game changer for health if it is accurate, that's the big question.

Unlike Microsoft, Apple will only release a feature like this if it works. So I have confidence in it working, but for me the biggest thing that'll get me to upgrade is having a redesign, I'm not going to buy it if it looks the same as my Gen 1....

No matter how much you make that claim, it will never be true.

Examples? iPhone 4, Apple Maps, Siri, and 3D Touch to name a few. Even their FPS has been updated for issues.

Software is always work in progress, which makes your claim that Apple only releases stuff when it works is false.

Apple Watch 1.0 was riddle with problems which is why it was delay for 2 years. Even after they released it, with less than 1/2 the features they claimed it would have, it sucked.

Complaints included totally inaccurate heart rate and step counts.

To be fair, no device is 100% accurate on step counts. But they need to be more accurate with heart rate for people who may have a medical condition.

This will be huge, if it comes to fruition. Due to the obesity epidemic in the world, which spawns certain risk factors for diabetes, this will skyrocket Apple Watch sales. Good luck Apple, as this could help save lives. I hope others follow suit.
