Mint is nice but so not customizable I like to couple it with something more personalizable, I tried a few of those and the best one to me is droid money.
It's a brand new app but it's the best one, really fast and easy to use!

Nice tools for android devices. But we are doing good with the cloud based expense reporting tool from Replicon and I personally love it.

I'll recommend Keepek android app. You can simply snap pictures of your receipts and the app extracts key information such as merchant name, transaction date, and amount. You can additionaly manage mileages and categorise your expenses.

You can also generate and submit pdf expense reports.

The app is free.
