Quick, name the first tablet with glasses-free 3D capabilities and if you can't, it might be because it is the Gadmei T863 3D Tablet; this is an Android 2.3 tablet with an 8 inch display that has a 1280x768 lenticular display for glasses-free 3D...

3D is so gimmicky. I know the novelty has worn off for A LOT of other people too.

I don't think it's worn off but just to inconvenient and not practical especially when trying to enjoy it with a bunch of people. Glasses free you have to be a certain distant and angle from it and glasses are usually expensive. Well I really can only speak for my self when I say I really have not adopted it yet and still feel it has a lot to offer still if it's donr right.

They should juz build in better specs( at least dualcore) and remove the 3d feature and keep the price at 199... That MIGHT help :D

To put things in comparison for you, LG's glasses-free 3D monitors(Yes, monitors ALONE), costs USD $1, 200 - $1, 500.
Know the market price for things before complaining that its specs are too bad for its price.

Now if only Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 2 (or whatever it'll be called) can have this and make it work with better specs [the good thing about these 3D screens these days is that if you don't like it, you can switch back to 2D, so no need to be negative as others might like the technology. What may seem to be gimmicky to you might be useful to someone else]. This is just my opinion, if you don't like it you dont have to read my comment, you can just run along.
