Same here, I use the s8+ half the time with one hand and times I use both hands. None of these trolls have any intention of buying it, the just want to bitch about it.

Just jealous, with nothing better to do than troll. I'm getting the black or blue sissy.

Although I've moaned about a black front and the colour on the back being pointless but for black, if they brought the Coral blue I would consider it as I'm a Man City fan, but since the dark blue is coming I don't think this will happen so it's all black for me! Once you go black you don't go back lol

Except that the iPhone 7 Plus at 5.5 inch currently outsells the 4.7 inch 7.... And that fat iPhone 7 Plus is still a good 6.5mm wider than a S8+ and 5.4mm wider than the Note 8. It's that width that limits most, both in terms of holding it and storing it in pants pockets. As for operating it, good luck operating any Note and pen with one hand. Meaning, you're not the intended buyer to begin with. But for those times you do have only one hand available, there has been the one hand mode for years, which scales everything down to your desired corner at about 4.7 to 5 inches...

when Apple releases a 6.2 iPhone 8 plus plus will you also Say "Apple stop making f**king bricks." ? Its not me demanding it. Its what people can use with one hand use. It seem a lot of iPhone users demanded a larger screen fro Apple to have release a 6 plus and 7 plus model that both sold incredibly well. so, it would seem that more iPhone users wanted a larger model.( maybe they can use it with one hand after all). Apple would not bother if there was no high demand. They would still be producing 3.5 inch screens as those were the perfect size as they once espoused. But it looks like Samsung was on to something when it released the OG Note. As for the aspect ratio everyone here is complaining until it becomes the norm and all OEMs start going this way then finally Apple will go that way as well. Then no one will complain but everyone will forget that Samsung was the manufacture that kept pushing the envelope and the industry forward. Come on Guys give credit where credit is due Samsung is always trying new things and pushing further than any Manufacture. Why because they are hungry and want to show they can overcome a recent failure (Note 7).

If you weren't a Note user in the past I don't see why you wouldn't.

If we knew everything about it then why is there going to be an event & not just a release date at the stores? Because we don't, that's why. But keep your S8+.

Thank you for wording that way "it not a good deal for you as an S8+ user". I get that. But for those who keep saying I want to use it with one hand- come on, you all know this device was made with two handed use in mind - one on the phone one to use the stylus. (Why would it have one if it was not meant to be used?) IMO if you purchase this phone to not even bother using the stylus then, IMO, you made a poor purchase. If you want something too with a big display and can be used with one hand well the S8+ is your device.

If you like the s8+ and don't need the note then yes, keep the s8+, it's a awesome phone. I love the s8+ I have but ,I also mess my s-pen so will hand the s8+ over to husband and I will be getting the note 8. Now I just have to hope there is another color besides black and gold on release day or I will wait for one of the other colors.

Curious whether they'll bring the coral blue, but can't see it if there is a dark blue coming! Never understood why all colours can't be available in all country's from day one!

New aspect ratio 2x1 makes multi tasking with split screen feasible.

You fools actually believe this won’t lag?? The S8 lags just like any other phone. NO phone will ever get passed it, including iPhones but specially Androids. The OS is just to heavy. So quit your crying about the S8 not lagging and how the note 8 will not lag. ALL phones lag, so shut the F@ck up!

Yes, all phones lag. But why so angry? the level of lag on the S series has fallen dramatically since the S6, IMO, the S7 lag is barley noticeable. I know that my S7 will lag much from time to time depending on how many things at once I am requiring it to do. ( router and switch configs while VPN to a customers core and uploading an image while typing an e-mail etc. that is okay - I should expect that). But for normal day to day usage when not multitasking it runs pretty smoothly.

Jeez, calm down. What they mean is it won't lag any more than other phones. So, quit your crying about people saying the Note won't lag and shut the F@ck up!

I just miss the Note in general. They're always better than the S & having to go from the Note 7 to the S7E has been a very noticeable downgrade these last 10 months.

I'm gonna be an S-Pen virgin bro, but one thing is for sure, I will certainly use it! So useful! It's what separates it from lowly crowd!

I can honestly say, I've used the S-Pen more with each iteration. Can't wait to see what this one can do.

It's definitely gonna bring more to the table than the 7 me thinks, and I think they will hopefully try and surprise us with even capabilities! We know the spec's, but as it's a Note phone we have no idea what it's going to be able to this time round! So hope Samsung push the boat out this time! I so hope they bring stereo speaks this time, otherwise the Sheep are going to laughing at you Sammy. lol
