First five mega pixel camera phone announced by Samsung

Samsung has just announced that they have developed their first five mega pixels camera phone. The SCH-s250 will be exclusive for the Korean market and is created in cooperation with Asahi Pentax. The device will boost 92mb built-in memory which can store up to around 100 minutes of video. The display of the phone can also reproduce a whopping 16 million colors with 240 x 320 QVGA resolution. The camera can achieve shutters speeds of around 1/1000th which is more then excellent for a mobile phone. The handset also supports video output, so the owners can view their pictures on the TV sets.
