There is a bogus Madden NFL 12 Android app currently on the web. Of course, it is not a game. Instead, it contains malicious code that attempts to ramp up your phone bill by dialing premium numbers...

Stupid people doing stupid things. Everyone wants to mess with the worlds #1 smartphone OS. It's just like Windows, when you are #1 people will always do things like this.

I wouldn't say "Poor Android." I would say more like dumb people. Also if you really think that Madden NFL'12 is only 5MB in size then you kind of deserve what happens to you.

What does someone get out of being such a scumbag and causing others problems without even getting anything out of it? I could at least understand the premise if the guy is trying to steal your info or identity (not saying I approve, I don't, but its got a purpose) but he's just being a douche an causing misery to many other people. Maybe he needs company ;)

Hmmm, it's not on the market, it would be akin to an iphone user jailbreaking their phone and downloading a harmful app, stick to the beaten path and you'll be ok.
