The FCC announced on Wednesday that it would go along with its chairman's plan to free up an additional 195MHz of spectrum on the 5GB band for unlicensed Wi-Fi usage and the result is that unlicensed devices will be able to use wider wider bandwidth channels for faster speeds; at the same time, the agency created some regulations for cellphone signal boosters...
