Expected on October 19th, some T-Mobile subscribers are already receiving the LG V40 ThinQ
The LG V40 ThinQ (and its five cameras) is expected to be released at T-Mobile on October 19th. But some customers of the nation's third largest carrier are receiving the device today, four days early. T-Mobile subscribers will be happy to know that the LG V40 ThinQ supports T-Mobile's low-frequency 600MHz network, with signals that travel farther and penetrate buildings better. It also works with other LTE enhancing tech employed by T-Mobile including 4 x 4 MIMO, 256 QAM, and Carrier Aggregation.

The phone carries a 6.4-inch P-OLED screen carrying a resolution of 1440 x 3120. That works out to an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform is under the hood along with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (45.71GB available to users). A 2TB capacity microSD slot is included. The three cameras on back include a 12MP primary snapper, a 16MP wide-angle sensor with a 107 degree viewing angle, and a 12MP snapper with a 45 degree viewing angle. In front, there is an 8MP camera with a viewing angle of 80 degrees, and a 5MP camera with a 90 degree viewing angle. Keeping the lights on is a 3300mAh battery, and Android 8.1 Oreo is pre-installed.

T-Mobile is selling the LG V40 ThinQ for $920 or 24 monthly payments of $38.34. This is not one of the models that T-Mobile is testing out 36-month financing on. Over the weekend, we told you that the wireless provider was offering the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 for 36 monthly payments instead of the typical 24.
