That'll make the LG G5 the game changer not the IPhone.

G5 wasn't the first and it's cameras are not that good. LG even commented that they felt no major camera improvements were necessary, which is why they choose a gimmicky dual camera setup, would not surprise me if the LG G4 took better images. Good thing Samsung disagreed and brought in an amazing low light camera for the Galaxy S7.

Well, wide angle is not really a gimmick. But yes, Samsung has a beast of a camera.

i'm not arguing with you, But i've seen photos fro LGG5's wide angle it looks like panorama shots - how is that different? (btw, i can control how wide the photo is when taking photo just like the 135 degree angle LGG5's camera). The only thing a single snap helps vs panorama spanning is when there's moving objects like people in the shot... But is there anything different? I was thinking that dual camera is something used for depth definition (short and far focus) to make photos look SLR-ish... I dont care for 3D, dont care for angle shots that look more like fish-eye lens than wide photo, or using it individually as two different camera's.... I want it to make better photos - that's it... if apple uses dual camera module for 3d shots - i'll sweep it under the rug as a gimmick just like "live photos" - it's fun for the first few days after that it's turned OFF....

Well it kind of is, with some good software you can quickly patch images together similar to a panorama shot and the result due to the superior camera will end up better. There is no need for a wide angle camera, there is no demand for it. I'm wondering if they did any market research at all.

As Alik said if you want a wide picture with moving object your panorama mode will look pretty funny.

So you are one of the lucky ones to have a G5 with finished software huh. Cause I was under the impression it wasn't being released until April. Love how idiots comment about unreleased products.

There isn't much they can do since the sensors are supplied by Sony from their offering

With S7 being gorgeous phone, seems good battery, top screen, top camera, first f1.7 lens on a phone camera, great features, SD slot, water resistant, the iPhone 7 needs to do what iPhone 5 did to 4. It needs a new epic design with brand new features. Also if they keep going without wireless charging and quick charge then I will start believing they give 0 f**ks about battery life and convenience around charging wirelessly and quick charge.

Wireless charging is a joke. If there's a cord coming from the wall to the charging device and the phone needs to be on top of that charging device, that's not really "wireless" is it? Also, many people use their phones in bed while charging. You mean to tell me that you enjoy holding a brick or thick cylinder against your phone while your browse PA lol? Quick Charge - You're spot on. Before Apple had big phones, their phones charged very fast (for obvious reasons). Now it's time to address their current issue, the same issue Samsung had for many years: Slowly charging your phone.

Like with all non-fruit devices, it's a about choice. You don't have to use wireless charging if you don't want to. But at least you have that CHOICE. With the fruit, choices are limited. Very limited.

Its great for just throwing it on the Charge Circle it even charges faster like that then a iPhone with a cord.

And it doesnt need wire to charge the phone. The wire just for to connect to the power source... iBoy. It does need contact, but it doesn't wire to charge the phone. Why is so hard to understand this simple thing? *sigh*

I hate apple lol .. Still if you dont have any cable from the charging pad will its charge the phone? nope so its has a wire so its not fully wireless :) Thats like Bell wireless television in Canada. There is a cable from the modem to the power source and an HDMI cable from the modem to the television. So not really wireless is it?

It doesn't have to have wireless charging, but it NEEDS to either have huge battery increase with a super fast quick charge. Or at least normal battery with again quick charge. It might sound super stupid but its really convenient leaving your phone on a plate than looking for a cable. You just stop thinking about cables and charging. All you do is leave your phone on a plate next to you like you would normally on your desk etc. But still nothing super important.
