"Droid" unboxing caught on video. Sort of.

We wouldn't lie. The guys at MobileCrunch received a package from Verizon with the now infamous Droid "eye" staring out from the side of the box. Yes, this video shows the unboxing of a Droid unit sent directly from Big Red.

What video? I don't see any video. Oh, that's right, I'm viewing this at work where flash video is BLOCKED so I need a smart phone that SUPPORTS flash, thank you very little Apple. Long live open platforms where I don't have to use the OS provider's browser exclusively. Can't wait to see this bad boy and what it can do in person.

What's funny is the guy makes it seem like Verizon actually sent that stuff too him. When it's obvious he sent packaged it himself. Why is this even up on this site. I can understand if it's April 1st, but it's not. lame.

Excuse you... I am entitled to my opinion and don't come to a phone news site for them to "Humor" me. If I wanted jokes I will go to another site for that. You were the same person that wrote Jango_Fred@ 02 October, 2009 11:36:07 AM "I actually have to wonder about the thought process of somebody who actually quotes an Adam Sandler movie to try to make a point." You should take some of your own advise before you post about others. Sorry that I don't come here for humor. Giving that I almost have positive feedback I'm sure others agree. I just want the facts or as close to as possible as I give the same information when I provide Phonearena with tips/information.

Well judging by you username, you "musthavdroid". So if you were you, you'd wait so you could "havdroid".

Imagio is really good. Battery life when using everything on it is so so. Would advise an extended battery.

This better live up too the hype. This crap reminds me of a terminator toy. It just may justify this purchase, of a toy. But we'll see soon enough.
