Congrats King. Samesies.

Uh oh, Drake dropped some gold with its new singles "God's Plan" and "Diplomatic Immunity" that caught us by surprise, it seems. God's Plan, in particular, just broke Apple Music's all-time streaming record, with 14 million repeats on the first day it was available. It topped out Spotify's daily streaming charts, too, with 4.3 million - again a record number for the platform.

Notified of the occassion, Drake took to Instagram to post a collage of him and LeBron, who entered the elite 30,000 points club on Tuesday, with the comment "Congrats King. Samesies." The previous record-holder for daily streams was Taylor Swift with "Look What You Made Me Do."

Personally, I'm not feeling the God's Plan track at all, but I know I'm in the minority. His type of rap/flow/beats is just not my thing. Diplomatic Immunity however had some bars. Diplomatic Immunity is the first track of his that peaked my interest somewhat. Good word play. Truthfully tho, I'm just not a Drake fan, and I'm from Toronto. I simply don't get the hype, but good for him. To each their own.
