Cingular officially launches Cingular 8125/8100 Pocket PC phone

Cingular Wireless officially announced the launch of its version of the HTC Wizard Pocket PC phone - Cingular 8125/8100, which was rumored at the beginning of this week to be available for the carrier's Business 2 Business partners. Cingular 8125/8100 is a quad-band GSM slide-designed phone, based on Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system. It features:

  • QVGA 65k color touchscreen display
  • QWERTY keyboard, sliding from the side
  • Bluetooth v1.2
  • 1.3 mega pixels camera with video capture
  • GPRS/EDGE high-speed data
  • miniSD memory expansion slot
  • Windows Media Player
  • 3-D surround speakers
  • TI OMAP 200MHz Processor
  • 64MB RAM, 128 MB ROM
  • Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g support
  • built-in speakerphone
