Cingular Wireless launches Streaming Video Service

Cingular Wireless announced the launching of streaming video service due to its partnership with MobiTV - the world's first television network for mobile phones. Initially this service will be available for subscribers using Nokia 6620, Motorola RAZR V3, Motorola V220 and Motorola V180. Cingular is expected to add support for Motorola V400 and V600 users shortly, as MobiTV already supports them.  Cingular subscribers using this service will be able to watch live news, sports and entertainment programming on 22 channels. The price is $9.99 per month and customers will be offered a free three-day trial.
