Apples R&D wing must have run out of copied ideas. Now they need to look at Android to enhance their 'Copied Rights'. What a bunch of losers we've got here on junk apple!.

Apple really has to stop being a b****... They sold so many 4S's, and they are still planning on trying to eliminate the competition.

Well, all google need do is hand apple shackles and a key... with a note that reads "pattent core designs for android"..... the notion was liberation.... as for the coding... it is in the developers heads....

I'm sure you're right. They have to, because this just doesn't make any sense at all.

If you think about it, most of the legal cases Apple filed suit against everybody recently didn't make any sense. Those patents that they have are like common for all mobile technology.

Seriously, what is this? Hey Google, you mind handing over all your developer code, notes, and everything else to Apple? I know, you are working on Jelly Bean, but really, just give it to them! How the f**k do you even think like this? It would be like Microsoft suing Apple to see all the code and documentation for Mac. How a judge can rule this is beyond disturbing. This is the most anti-consumer, anti-business, anti-competition ruling I have ever seen. If I was Google, I would shut down and walk away. With rulings like this who wants to go into business anyway? If you can't keep your own tech secret because a judge can rule you have to give it to your competitors, that is just crazy.

I really dislike Apple and their business methods. Oh and their products too... Google will appeal and this will surely be overturned.

Hopefully the judge disbarred as well. Obviously some money traded hands as this judgement isn't based on anything remotely logical.

Spent a lot of time giving thumbs up. Horrifying judgment that compromises everything Google is trying to develop Android into. Apple can not continue to develop both hardware and software at the pace Google and their manufacturers are. Android is developing and improving too fast. The writing is on the wall, and Apple is doing all it can to slow that development. If they score huge victories in the courts, Android development slows to a crawl and Apple wins. ICS is a huge step forward, and Jelly Bean will be as well. It has taken Apple 3 times as long to improve to the most recent iOS, and it was just an incremental step. Apple, of course, is in no real trouble due to it's fan base, but Google will clean Apple's clock in new business if it can't speed up, or if Android doesn't slow down. The courts will slow things to a crawl.

Chicago is one of the most openly corrupt cities in america if not the world. I can hardly believe Apple won there. I can also hardly believe that's obama's "home town". Jobs and Obama used to sit down and chat about things.... ooh the coincidences.

So now President Obama has something to so with this? Is that what you're saying? If it is, you sound retarded. If you don't have anything of substance to say, then say nothing. But spewing your GOP conservative bulls**t nonsense has no place here.

DigitalJedi_X2 I don't think that was remixfa's point. Maybe its just me but I sensed a bit of sarcasm in his Obama remark. Now It's a widely known fact that Chicago is a VERY VERY corrupt city in regards to politics. It's also true that President Obama and Steve Jobs did speak about business matters and probably some other things.....so what! Now in regards to your GOP comment I think you were a little off base because I don't see any indication of his political affiliation mentioned in his statement. Yes was his comment a little bit of a strecth? Yes BUT your response but just as bad if not worse. Either way I think you were both right AND wrong. Have a nice day.

I would agree with you Mike G77, except his remixfa's next comment about dead people voting for President Obama validates my response to him. He has an irrational hatred of a Black man being President of the United States, that's his naroww-minded, conservative tainted, GOP d**kheaded problem, but what place does it have here? On a cell phone news site?

lol, so, because i dont like obama, its because he is black right? lolololol. crazed liberals always go for the race card to shame people. A) it was proven during the 2008 election B) the same tactic was used by other high profile democrats including the late John F Kennedy, who won chicago and other places by a thread... on the dead vote. I didnt know JFK was black. I dont deal in partisan, I deal in FACT. And no, for the record, for the 300000th time, I am not a republican. Its amazing how fast liberals go right to name calling, shaming, race baiting, and more. Man, im surprised you didnt pull out the "fox news" card. lololol "Illinois coming down to Cook County (the Chicago area) with allegations of widespread fraud- namely the dead voting for Kennedy. Texas (Lyndon Johnson's home state) also had allegations of fraud ("Kennedy won Texas with the help of live Catholics and dead Protestants")" http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/JohnFKennedy And the obama dead vote? 2 million are reregistering for the 2012 election. thats a lot of voting from the great beyond. http://digitaljournal.com/article/319678 http://www.whitehousedossier.com/2012/01/11/obama-courting-dead-voters/ http://www.texaswatchdog.org/2008/10/dead-voters-still-registered-in-harris-county/ http://obambi.wordpress.com/2008/06/03/obama-fraud-dead-voters-voted-in-primaries/

I agree with most of what remixfa said. But not all liberals are biased like that. Being a Liberal (supporting Liberty & the truth) is not nessesarily a bad thing. btw not all liberals(me included) support Obama.

ididnt mean all ... just the crazies that jump to wild uninformed partisan conclusions. btw .. niether party stands for true liberty or truth . for the most part they are the same party with different colors and only look out for their own interests... thats why we need the house and Senate split between 3 or more parties.... or better yet no parties the way the founding fathers intended it... to protect the people.

You'll have to forgive me If I choose to so my own research on that matter and not trust anything coming from a conservative d**k like yourself or any of the links you post. But how can President Obama be blamed for something someone else may or may not have done? And let's not go into the conservatives record of outright voters fraud with Jeb Bush, commiting war crimes like George Bush, and outright racism coming from dam near every member of the GOP, whether it's comparing President Obama to a tar baby or monkey. And how about your beloved GOP butt buddies thinking that the Mega rich should pay less taxes than everyone else? Or discriminating against others because of sexual preference? Or women? Let's not debate who's the more evil because your conservative butt buddies win by a landslide. And that's the only thing they'll be winning because they'll surely be losing the Presidential election. But as I was saying, your irrational views have no place here. Better to leave them with you in your mom's basement.

Yes I saw his comment and I can see where your frustration comes from. That particular comment was not really relevant to the conversation but I don't think he hates Obama but more so his political philosophies. Now just a little background. I myself am a conservative who is of West Indian and European decent and I am offended that anyone calls Barack Obama a black man. Yes the man has some very obvious black features but he is not BLACK. The appropriate term to describe him is that he is bi-racial individual. Now I don't know what nationality you are but let's assume for arguments sake your black ....tell me how an average black American relates to Obama in regards to soci-economics?? Now because I am conservative and I disagree with his political policies does that make me a narrow minded, conservative tainted, GOP d**khead? What would you say to a person who is liberal who disagrees with Obama? Keep in mind I'm not trying to criticize you I'm just trying to understand your comment because if he is so biased against Obama you are equally biased agains it conservatives. If only phonearena had a politics section

Disagreeing with President Obama is fine and is your right. But running around a mobile news site and spewing irrational hatred to the man is bizzare and out of place and unwarranted. And the majority of conservatives/GOP hate President Obama for no other reason than he's Black. And I say Black because as per definition in the constitution and by law of Genetics, the Black or African gene is the dominant gene and If you have one twelfth of Black or African Blood in you then you're Black/African. And yes, I an Black. Proud to be so. As for my comments about the GOP/ conservative, they have shown how racist they are. Referring g to President Obama as box, the birther movement, comparing him to a tar baby and a monkey... These are all racist and all coming from conservatives/ the GOP. As far as my opinion on President Obama's politics, how can the man get anything dine when the GOP has pledged to block and oppose anything President Ivan's puts on the table, not because they disagree, because the causes President Obama supports now the GOP supported with Bush and others before him, but simply because he's Black. But as I states in my first post, none of this has any place on this site, and yet red**ksfa brings it up or something like it in dam near every post.
