Would prefer Bezel or notch before a black hole.

I can see the display hole becoming the trend for 2019 design. It sure is a step forward from the notch but please make it right or else it will look horrendous and a distraction

I like the teardrop notch over the O, but I'll take the O over a big notch like on the iPhone.

Not as intrusive as a notch but people who hate dead pixels probably not going to like this.

A hole is worse since they have to put a chin on top and bottom.

I’ll take faceid and notch over this. However the concept is good. I see Apple covering the notch with screen overlay the notch so it will be all screen from what I hear for 2019 iPhones.

I can see why notch is necessary with today’s technology if you have the true depth camera and earpiece. So o and water drop design would not work with that concept. I thought the notch was ugly but after getting the Xr model I hardly notice it. It is symmetrical which is not the case with the o design. Would that bother me? I don’t know until I use it. I’ll leave it with that.
