British mobile phone company Sendo sues Microsoft
Sendo has filed suit in U.S. federal court against Microsoft, in a dispute over intellectual property. All cooperation between the two companies has ceased, just weeks before Sendo was supposed to launch their mobile phone running Microsoft software. While Sendo claims that it has not been given access to source code, which would allow it to customize the software, the company declined to list all reasons for the split. Sendo's lost revenue amounts to an estimated 300 million euro. The company had already signed numerous supply contracts with carriers around the world..
