After dead silence from RIM from Jan to April, they have been all over the place in the last week. It is a nice looking phone, and seems very responsive. The smaller size is a nice counter-sales option to anyone not in love with a 4"+ screen being put on most other devices right now. I really am willing to give the RIM offerings coming out at least a quick look before I move on to the devices I am interested in. But, as internet browsing, responsiveness, and screen presentation are very important to me, they have to really hit it out of the park to keep me.

Wonder how long before someone comes here and say "little to late" or something stupid like that.

Looks like a great phone. Im going to get a newer bb before the end of summer.

Blackberry needs to have its touchscreen devices on all carriers. There are many people on every carrier that do not want to leave their Crackberry for another phone, but still want a touchscreen. I know there are 4 people on my family plan that would like to have a touchscreen crackberry (not me though I'll stick to Android).

They don't need it on ALL their devices, but at least one (Bold Touch). I'm sure some older users are fine with the trackpad, but they do indeed need to upgrade and catch-up.

I never said they need a touchscreen on ALL of their devices. I stated they need a touchscreen blackberry on ALL CARRIERS.

This is what the storm 2 should've been, at least should be out like... now!
