BlackBerry Q5 handles video games just fine, but selection could be better
The BlackBerry Q5, with its portrait-style QWERTY keyboard, is a cheaper alternative to the company's Q10 handset. As such, it comes with a somewhat weaker processor, running at a slightly lower frequency – 1.2GHz vs 1.5GHz for the Blackberry Q10 CPU.

However, this doesn't necessarily mean that the BlackBerry Q5 can't handle a modern game. In fact, games that the Q10 can run are perfectly playable on the Q5 as well, judging by this short video demonstration.

Of course, the BlackBerry Q5 isn't exactly optimized for gaming. Its form factor leaves little room for screen real estate, and the unusual 1:1 form factor is surely making it difficult for developers to adapt their existing games. Nevertheless, it is good to know that the BlackBerry Q5 would allow one to have a quick game of Chasing Yellow in between those BBM chat sessions.

Release the Q5 on prepaid here in the USA. Blackberry has the 9310 on prepaid on several carriers. That phone is horrible.
