Despite being labeled as a failure and having already traveled down fire sale highway, RIM is remaining loyal to their first-generation BlackBerry PlayBook and we were lucky enough to play around with PlayBook software version 2.0…

I wouldn't exactly say "minor update" though, considering the changes 2.0 brings.

bb came to our job and showed us there devices currently on sale.. i got to use the blackberry playbook and i must admit it was very smooth and handled multi-tasking very good.. dont see why it would fail so bad. with some decent android apps it should be better than alot of the android tablets

if I was RIM, i'd just slap this OS on a smart phone, it looks perfect already- as long as they add BBM though

I thought BB OS7 was pretty huge. Yeah it didn't look very different, but I can't recall another incremental change that resulted in such a huge speed increase. it'd be like swapping the engine in your car for one that...feels, sounds, looks the same, but has about 200 extra horsepower.
