We'll see what the reviews can offer. Again, they should have used better internals.

Preliminary hands-on were very positive. Again, internals were chosen for a reason.

I do see the appeal in the phone but it's just not the type for me. I already moved on with physical keyboards on phones.

That's cool. Everyone has their preference, and I'm definitely not going to hate on you or the brand you choose because of it, like a certain someone here does on a consistent basis.

You're doing it right now.

No I'm not. You are. Stop deflecting. Even Spyro with his comment #54 knows what you do, and he just joined PA 3 days ago.

Actually, I've been a previous member of this site. Needed to take my break from the tech world for a bit.

Oh, so your definitely aware of how much he hates and bashes BlackBerry. I can definitely understand the need to disconnect, though.

"I can definitely understand the need to disconnect, though." No one will complain if you disconnected.

DEFINITELY no one will complain if you disconnect. That's evident from the comments of users about you all over PA.

We both know that you won't disconnect. You'll just make another alias like you've done before.

As MDCHO once said to you, the pot is spanking the kettle with that comment.

You first. You clearly need help to counter me apparently.

They used one of the most battery efficient SoC's on the market. The 625 on the Moto Z Play runs great. The phone is supposed to be a productivity workhorse, not a media device. So a 800 series Snapdragon is not needed.

Here's the thing, the KeyONE is priced beyond the affordable price range, so it gets outclassed by devices in that category and some flagship devices. I don't think blackberry is going to get many sales on this device.

Highter price tag doesn't equate to a device being outclassed. That reasoning is ridiculous.

70. Mxyzptlk unregistered

The Priv and the Passport says otherwise. No ridiculous reasoning at all.

No it doesn't. You don't know what "outclassed" means if you believe that.

You're deflecting again.

The KEYone has Fast Charging, and the internals were chosen with specific reasons in mind. The phone is gorgeous all around.

Either you want the physical keyboard or you don't, if you do the S8, G6, P10 makes no difference you'll wait for the Keyone

No, Blackberry didn't delay it because of The S8. Samsung S8 and this 'berry have two vastly different audiences... I'm positive that the release of S8 mean absolutely NOTHING to potential KeyOne customers... They can wait an year + some more with patience...! 'Berry is nothing but a niche among a niche now... And a niche remains a niche, no matter what...! Rolex still making mechanical watches which were invented back in 16th century, if my memory serves me right... Parker is still making Fountain Pens... Ural is still making sidecars based on WW2 era BMW’s R75… India is still making “Hindustan Ambassador” based on 1950s Morris Oxford series III… Harley Davidson is still making 45 Degree Twins invented at the turn of the 19th century even though 90 Degree V-Angle proved to be much MUCH superior and possess PERFECT primary balance with just rubber mounts, whereas HD have to use counter-balancers…! There’s a reason Ducati use 90 Degree “V” Angle in its fire breathing 200+ HP Superbikes…! And just like that, there will ALWAYS be people who will keep parroting that PKBs have some sort of ‘magic’ just like there’s some magic with 45 Degree V-Twins…! Even though I’m an old man, I am what you’d call ‘anti-sentimental’… I gaze at the future, not the past… Oh well, G’Day!

@Greenman 1. Rolex is a super premium brand and a Status symbol. Good resale value for the buyer after a few years as well. 2.Parker still makes pens because people use pens to write . Parker is a semi premium pen brand. People don't write exams or essays with them. Its a pen to sign on cheques and make a few notes occasionally. 3. I don't know about ural 4. India stopped making the Ambassador . Even when they did they were for export to other countries for use as a novelty not as a daily mode of transport. 5. Harley Davidson and engine stuff , i am not aware of. In conclusion , all the above products you've mentioned are Status symbol or Novelty products. Smartphones cannot be novelty as you wont carry a novelty everyday. Regards to the status symbol of blackberry phones , its no Vertu. So...

Only luxury brands like Vertu can be like Veru. It's what they're in the market for. The BlackBerry name carries a lot of weigh in the business sector. People who value security, productivity, and great battery life choose BlackBerry for these very reasons.
