Best of What's New Award for Sony Ericsson S710a from Popular Science

Sony Ericsson's S710a mobile phone got Best of What's New award from Popular Science magazine. "Best of What's New is the ultimate Popular Science accolade, representing a year's worth of work evaluating thousands of products," said Editor Mark Jannot. "These awards honor innovations that not only impact the way we live today, but change the way we think about the future."
The S710a version is the same as the S700, but introduces EDGE capability and supports 850 instead of 900 MHz networks. Both devices not only resemble very much the P-series of Sony's cameras, but the phones actually have 1.3 mega pixel camera and huge 240 x 320 TFT display with 262k color.
