Best new icon packs for Android (October 2017)

With tons of icons on deck, a trove of matching wallpapers to throw in the background, and finally, support for Android Oreo's icon shortcuts, Pixcyl is a welcome entrant that would have a bright feature if it gets updated often enough.

Simple and colorful, Oreo Square is an excellent new icon pack that's worthy of your attention. While it's true that it doesn't have anything flashy or incredibly unique going on, it's exactly the simplistic icon pack that gets our minimalist hearts pumping like crazy.

Truly a spell-binding icon pack, Sagon comprises over 3,300 exquisite icons that boast a head-turning aesthetic. There are also over 90 cloud-based wallpapers on board - overall, a great deal for $0.99.

Round icons, for the most part, have never gone out of fashion, but in the recent months their numbers have greatly increased. Circo falls into that category as it's an exemplar of the theme - it has round shapes, simplistic appearance, and a vibrant color scheme.

Cosmicons might not be among the icon packs with the most items on deck as it only features 288 icons, Cosmicons is an excellent-looking icon pack that is as unique as they come.

Oh, so sweet! If we had to pick a favorite, Sweety would be our pick. It's such a beautiful shiny gem in the sea of minimalistic icons that all look the same. There are over 500 icons and over 40 wallpapers included in Sweety, making it all the more... sweeter.
