Are these are the only LG phones getting Android 6.0?

We've seen both Motorola and HTC list which of its handsets will receive the Android 6.0 update. In the case of Motorola, it is quite an emotional matter as owners of certain models ended up disappointed to find out that their handsets are forever stuck on Android 5.1. On, a website that is run by the manufacturer, it was discovered that you can select a country, in this case the U.S., and are taken to a page where apps and games are listed...

The changes are under the. marshmallow is better at resource and battery management, These are more important updates compared to the ones which update interface but bring 10 new bugs and run like garbage.

They barely got 5.0 running smooth on the G3. I hope they do more testing before they commit to the change this time.

It was probably my favorite phone ever aside from the very poor lownlight photos. Definitely a very solid phone to this day though.

My G2 was never the same after lollipop 5.0.x. Battery life was worse, even before the memory leak issues would crop up. Needed a reboot almost daily. I got tired of waiting for 5.1 and ultimately got a new phone. No 6.0 simply confirms I made the right move.

Maybe it does. The Note 2 is supposedly getting lollipop in some countries.

Actually all we (on the G2) have to do is wait for someone to port either the G3 or G4 ROM. Usually it doesn't take more than 2 months as soon as it gets out. It's been like this for quite a while. LONG LIVE THE G2. Still much better than the G3.

LG will face impending doom, little to no sales year after year if LG G2 won't receive marshmallow update. when Nexus 5 ironically will surely get it
