Apple is making insane amounts of money off iPhone XS and XS Max storage

The 512GB iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max could probably be cheaper, but Apple sure loves money, and there's plenty of that to be earned from storage mark-ups.

That storage performance will be nowhere close to the in built one.

No fast charger and no headphone adapter. What a rip off.

If Apple says we don't need them, then we don't need them!

These people buying all these expensive phones and trying to justify paying monthly, it's good, it can do this and that.... they baffle me. The ones that have all the money to spend, go ahead. Those that get the phones, don't know what to do with it but facebook and then have debt on their heads...... Need reality checks.

One thing I noticed at the Apple stores is that it stays busy daily. During the launch there were at least a long line for preorders and current buyers. Someone committed that most people were looking to buy at least two phones per account. Hardly no device payment plans either. Most people buy their phones outright. No other store creates so many unique daily visitors and buyers like they do.

I’ve owned an iPhone ever since the original and I’ve finally had it with them. My only decision now is do I get the note 9 or hold off for the s10?

If you aren't trying to urgently switch ecosystems, I'd say wait until the S10. Or better yet, go a bit longer and wait for the Note 10. That's gonna be an amazing piece of tech.

You might want to test the way Android works first (lease/burrow a phone for a month) before switching, you might change your mind (or convince yourself that it's the best thing to do).

A company should always charge for stupidity. 1. s**tload of storage on a phone is useless; 2. s**tload of cloud is cheap.
