It will with recent AI hiring including John Giannandrea, it might take a while but it's a good thing Apple is starting to get back on track again. Siri is one of the glaring issues of Apple right now especially it will play a big part for AI and their AR developments.

Nobody has that long to wait. All other assistants will have to have their oem go bankrupt before Siri could catch up.
