They made it thinner which is really sad... But battery numbers look really great.

When tested iPhone 6s Plus matches the Galaxy Note5 to the minute.. How about you take of those fanbot glasses and realise Apple product isnt as wasteful as android devices, so they don't need more specs to achieve the same results. (For example, the iPhone 6 can support muti windows, live wallpaper and widgets all with such low specs while still beating the S6 when it comes to memory tasks xD) http://www.phonearena.com/news/iPhone-6s-Plus-posts-excellent-battery-life-matches-the-Galaxy-Note5-to-the-minute_id74132

I think it is you that needs to take of the glasses there are far to tinted for you to see clearly. Even in PA test which favours the Apple it only just matches the Note. However the Note is superior to the iPhone in almost every way packing a superior screen, camera, battery package, double the RAM and fitting in a Pencil (using Apple speak) to name just a few features. What also stands out is this comes in a more compact package than the iPhone. Yet the iPhone struggles to beat the Note on battery life and then takes twice as long to recharge, quite damming really.

Please, tone down your bias and poorly reasoned opinion. GSMArena which is widely considered a more reliable and unbiased source of reviews than PhoneArena scored the battery the same with the Note 5 leading in one aspect of battery life and the iPhone in another, overall they achieved the same score.

Like AppleVersusAndroid said, even GSMArena showed iPhone 6s Plus matches the Galaxy Note5 to the minute.. Looking at sites like (i wont use Phonearena this time), you can see the iPhone is faster and can hold memory better than the Note 5.http://bgr.com/2015/10/13/iphone-6s-plus-vs-galaxy-note-5-performance-test/

1642 mAh is actually more than I expected The 6S is about 1800 mAh, not much more The SE will have amazing battery life

This is what apple wanted to do. Beating android mid rangers to the punch.

The only thing this new iPhone SE beats is a high price. Even Android mid rangers offer more starting storage or at least the same 16 gb with expandable storage. The iPhone SE at $399 USD is stuck with only 16gb. If you want to go to 64 gb of storage then you have to dole out another $100 USD ($499). Not to mention the tiny 4" low resolution display. Android devices have nothing to worry about.

The only higher 'spec' iPhone offers is price.

The bang for the buck still sucks. I just bought a Lumia 640 on clearance for $11.99 from Walgreen's as a back up phone. http://www.phonearena.com/phones/compare/Apple-iPhone-SE,Microsoft-Lumia-640/phones/10001,9253 $11.99 vs $399.99.... LUMIA WINS! LOL

There is really no innovation happening in that company. What is everyone there doing?

They're innovating with their bottom line. All those traded in 5/s/c phones can finally be resold to the iFans for more milking. Got to love Apple, no one milks hapless fools like them.

Why would you innovation on a "product update", after 2014 the 4 inch iPhones were left behind.. this its obviously intended to bring the current 4 inch iPhone to current hardware inline for the iPhone 7se, iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus... all of their " innovation" or "stolen features" will be reserve for the next gen iPhones not for a simple "product update". And yes what this is about is convincing people who don't like big phones but want the power of a big phone who all have been pretty much abandoned my most to upgrade or switch to the new 4 inch iPhone.

About freaking time. So many user dont want to upgrade because they find current iphone too big and pricy.

I am not an iFan or whatever (Recently sold my iPhone 6 to get a Nexus 6P), but hey, this is actually a welcome addition IMO. It has got a great processor, a good camera(my brother has a 6S, I would know) all in a compact build. Sure, it's not for everyone, but, there are a lot of people who prefer this size.

28. Ahovking

lower resolution in a smaller screen.. I went from a 720 res 4inch to 1080 res 5.5 inch and honestly i couldn't tell.

nope, Retina.

Retina just means it's 330 PPI. A smaller, lower resolution screen is still smaller with lower resolution. Most people can tell the difference between 1080p and 1440p, so the lower resolution will be noticeable.

lol no they won't notice the difference except some stupid techfolks who are looking for pixels - for whatever reason.

this guy is an android fanboy and the only iPhone he has ever held was the original... when looking at the iPhone 1080 screen he said he was surprised on how sharp it was and it was almost if not as good as FHD screens https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_bgpu1A5Gw
