Finally, they will leave the 8mp resolution, and they will jump to 12 mp. 2GB of RAM is great also. Hope they will come with 32GB storage

The camera on the 6 is wonderful but i will gladly take the 12mp for times when i zoom in. 2gb of ram probably wont be noticeable but ill take it lol.

It'll be noticeable to those who open multiple tabs in Safari. But that's not everyone.

Good point. I personally don't as I prefer my tech super clean and low resources running in the background. I have a powerhouse of a PC and still don't like things unnecessarily running in the background (ocd i guess)

True multitasking would be nice, not just changing apps.

This I don't understand too much (being honest here). I can play music in the background (YouTube as well now), have updates, file transfers, email pulled down etc. what am I missing?

The ability to do two of them at once - eg. Have safari+youtube open at the same time on one screen. 1 gig ram will not do this.

do people actually watch a youtube video and browse the web on a 5" phone at the same time?

Yep they do. Just cos you apple guys can't do it, it automatically is a usless feature until you do get it.

no reason to get defensive there big guy...lol were talking about phones here. Either way, I dont care for that feature and never did use it on any android phones i had. Im pretty sure most people dont care for that either, especially on a screen that fits (barely) in one hand.

I do all the time with 5.1 on s6 (no ram probs) on g3, note 4 and even Nokia has the ability to do it now on their 930 and 1520 (2 gig ram phones were needed as 1 isn't enough) all these phones have 5, 5.5 and 5.7 inch screen. So does your iPhone +

Back when the iPhone is in its initial days, It was the king of all phones. They pioneered the smartphone industry. Recently that royal signs are no where to be seen in the iPhones. Its just the cost which looks royal. Other than that there is nothing royal. Its just an OKPhone. Android is evolving much faster than IOS and it already has surpassed IOS.

used iphone 5s for half a year, good phone, simple, easy to use, but too boring UI. I was considering iphone 6, before samsung s6 showed up. if iphone 6s will be same ~720p screen, when every other manufacturer making already 1440p screens, that will be BIG FAIL. i can really see the difference, and screen is the main thing for me as photographer.

I hope iPhone 6s gets thicker, so that the battery can be larger and at the same time the camera will not stick out. And that iPhone 6s gets Beats front speakers.

It's been since the Iphone 4 that they've had 8 MP on an Iphone camera. There was honestly no excuse for the 6 and 6 Plus to have that. It will be hilarious if the new one still has it.

why? Its consistently in the top 3 phones for taking pictures.

No it isn't in the top 3. The best phones for shots are 1. S6's (all of them) 2. Note 5 3. Note 4 4. S5 5. Lumia (with 20/41MP) 6. iPhone

The iPhone 4 uses a 5 MP camera. Megapixels don't matter if the sensor and software for it sucks. Check out the M9 and z3.

Yea that is true, but a 16MP camera even on the Sony Xperia still takes better pics vs the iphone and Sony doesnt even do as good with their own camera than Sammy does with it. Also, just because Apple's has also done will with Sony's cameras, doesn't mean they should use newer one.

APPLE NEEDS TO FIND A WAY TO GET THERE AX TRI CORE PROCESSORS IN THERE PHONES ALONG WITH A NEW GPU SO THAN CAN UP THE RESOLUTION WITHOUT COMPROMISING ON GAMING PERFORMANCE ALSO THEY NEED 3GB OF RAM COME ON APPLE I REALLY LIKE IOS BUT YOU'VE NEVER GIVEN US THE BEST PHONE THAT YOU CAN MAKE UNLIKE SAMSUNG,LG,HTC ECT... HAVE.

Even with 1GB RAM, they can run every high end mobile game. Heck they even ran Battlefield 4 on an effing iPad. It's the OS you should care about, not the specs. iOS doesn't need beastly specs to run since it is very much compatible with low end specs. Im iOS 8, they introduced the Metal API which tives better graphics and gaming performance. I'm not saying specs don't matter cause in iOS's case, 4GB RAM is a huge jump.

yeah i know but multitasking and browsing the web on an iphone sucks because of the 1gb of ram that's why it needs more. and with better specs and more ram the games would get a huge boost cause devs would have more to work with.

Judging from your name you're obviously a gamer, but it sounds like you would rather game on your phone than on a dedicated machine. Lol bf3 on mobile would be terrible compared to on a dedicated machine. Flashy games on a mobile or tablet would surely just be played once to a couple of times.. Cos mobile gaming is well.. Mobile gaming.

Yup. Honestly, FPS is bad on mobile. However, if the controls are optimized for touch, it would be a great experience. Infinity Blade, Vainglory, these two is a must try. Currently, Infinity Blade is an iOS exclusive and Vainglory is on beta testing for Android.

Fps games on mobile do suck the only one that doesn't is n.o.v.a 3 honestly its a must play. i love mobile games and i have been playing some for more than a year now and i do own a ps4,xb1,and a gaming pc so i use dedicated machines as well granted i don't play them much and i seem to be playing my phone games a lot more. I believe that phone games will get a lot better and touch controls as well, i can think of a lot of ways to make touch controls better right now for fps games, and other games like fighters as well.

ill stick with my pc. The only way i will play mobile games is if nintendo starts making some of their games. I dont want anything serious on a phone. I do see some bright spots though with airplaying turning the phone into the controller and the tv being the full screen game-that can be pretty cool. I hope apple releases a proper apple tv 4.
