Yeah, but in the image from the China Unicom event, it lists the 3G with 7.2Mbps. Mistake.

what are you talking about? Sprint launched 4g before anyone,, then T mobile, then VZW, then ATT. ATT is the last one to the party and the punch is gone.

none of ATT's current 4g phones are actually 4g as they are limited by the network to less than 12mb/s. ATT is flat out lying.
