All that's available for AT&T is the 16gb Black 4S. Everything is still available for Verizon customers.

the average customer I speak to that has a 8gb 3G/3GS is usually having space issues by the time they upgrade. I would say go for the 16gb. Or get something with expandable storage, if space is really an issue.

RadioShack is still accepting preorders too. They started taking Sprint preorders yesterday evening.

I'm a kiosk manager for the Target Mobile program. Our pre-orders ARE still open, but most of the AT&T models are sold out. No more 32Gb in black, no more 16 or 32Gb in white, but 16/32 in black or white are still available for Verizon. So you guys know, going on Target's website will lead you to their mobile phone portal, but that company, Simplexity, is not us. We only do this pre-order program in brick & mortar Target stores. All the preorders we took from last friday through monday will be arriving today and early tomorrow for customers to pick up at launch, and anyone that preorders through tonight will have it by the middle of next week.
